The studio has made made some exciting new stained glass windows for schools
We have even incorporated design elements created by the children themselves -
The window for Goldsmith Infants was a memorial window in tribute to a young pupil of the school.
Even the characters from A. A. Milne’s ‘Winnie the Pooh’ have made an appearance to welcome the children to their first school reception class at Curdridge Infants school.
St Elizabeth’s Centre for residential care and education for children with neurological disorders the new Oratory window included special ‘Makaton’ symbols about the work and aims of the centre.
The school hall window of Christ with the Children was made for Loyola Preparatory School in Essex.
We have also installed the windows and decorative lighting at St Paul’s Catholic Primary School to a new purpose built Prayer Room where the children can enjoy peaceful contemplation and prayer.
Also at St Paul’s are the school library windows illustrated with the themes of the history of knowledge and literature and technology of the modern world and the future.
St John’s School in Leatherhead, Surrey have commissioned a large stained glass window for the school chapel, and this was completed and fitted in March 2009.
